Useless. It won’t accept the single use Cab Charge vouchers even though they are TaxiCharge branded vouchers. And you cannot book unless you submit the payment details on the booking before you can confirm the request. So we cannot use the app at all - as we cannot use the voucher card that work issues us. Terribly frustrating and a complete waste of time to have an app that doesn’t allow payment to be presented in the taxi on arrival.

I downloaded the app to give it a go in the hope it would be faster than using the blue bubble ordinator system. I was able to download the app, sign in and register just fine but when it came to booking a taxi, it won’t let me select the destination and finish the booking process. I am a iPhone user and use a talking software called VoiceOver which as a blind person helps me navigate various apps. Given the majority of taxi users will have some form of disability, it would be nice if this app could work on improving it accessibility features. Thank you.

Would be great to have the option to order a ride for more than one person. Ie I want to order a van for my family but can’t through the app. There should be a telephone number for bookings unsupported in the app

The app just straight up doesn’t work at multiple points in the process of trying to book a taxi. When I tried to talk to customer service, they were closed (at 4pm on a Tuesday, ridiculous) and never called me back despite leaving my number. Don’t bother using this service!

Booked a YourRide for 4:30am the next day, app confirmed, then the driver cancelled 10 minutes before due to arrive. I had to scramble to call a taxi. This app can’t be relied upon,  just call the taxi company.
