The app is poorly designed as well as the workouts. I stopped using because of it. 

Didn’t realize it was a subscription but thought I’d paid once for the access. When I was charged again I reached out to customer service to cancel and for a refund they said I would only be given a refund if I didn’t see results and that they would be asking for videos/photos to prove that. 

Ridiculous, never have I ever heard of such nonsense.
