Request for reset of pin but no updates or replies. Its pointless asking for support when its non existent
Please have family card feature activities can be monitored pr managed by more than 1 prrson especially for use by elderly or children with payment now going mostly cashless and have to use debit/credit card for recurring online app stores.
I been pay-waving till there will be there are times where there are connection problems or errors that causes the card unable to use for pay-wave during overseas for fews minutes when there is notice saying transactions or transferring can't be use till you have to wait and check for the notice to resolve the app in order the card can be use again. Another cons will be balance have to used up or can only be transferred to friends phone number but not your own number or card or bank account. will be good if can be transferred balances of the cash back to own bank account or card account or own number.
After the recent update, I’m unable to open the apps. Only showing a purple screen. Please fix it.
Asked for emergency replacement as card cannot be read or withdraw from ATM and few merchants unable to read the card as well. Was still told to go try again wasting another week of my time due to delay responses and end up i have no card for my travel and had to change all my hotel payments to another card as they do not take virtual card.
I have waited the application process for almost 3 weeks, instead of the mentioned 7-12 days in the app. I have send multiple emails to customer support yet there is still no respond from them.
The exchange rate is reasonable and useful when travelling
I was shopping at the Smithsonian museum and was double charged for an item. Later, glad to find out that one of it was reversed.
App don’t even work. Cannot rely on this. Cash is still king!
