Double charges

I was shopping at the Smithsonian museum and was double charged for an item. Later, glad to find out that one of it was reversed.

App don’t even work

App don’t even work. Cannot rely on this. Cash is still king!

Please enable function to unlink debit or credit card for top up method

Please dont force user to link a new card in order to unlink existing debit or credit card

Application took forever

They said application takes 2-14 days. I already waited for way past 2 weeks and they were still not done with my application.

Didn’t receive the OTP

I try to sign up but the OTP is not working. I key in my mobile number and I did not receive any 6 digits code. If the OTP is not working is provide alternative way for user to sign up.

Good Exchange Rate

Instant good exchange rate when I spend in different countries

Youtrip block transactions from same accounts

Experienced issues when youtrip blocks transactions from my microsoft store which was the card pre-registered for past transactions. Seems like youtrip is meant only for one time use transactions. I used this over normal credit card as I could cap the limit but now with all this blocking issues, it only means that I will avoid using youtrip and I no longer need top up my wallet.
