Das versprochene Festure „Wiedergabe im Hintergrund“ fehlt allerdings.

YouTube is an incredibly useful platform and offers so many opportunities for learning, creativity, and sharing knowledge. I truly appreciate it as a powerful tool for both adults and children.

However, since Shorts were introduced, I feel very disappointed. These short videos are extremely distracting for both children and adults, and they lower the overall quality and focus of the platform. It becomes harder to concentrate on meaningful, long-form content.

I kindly ask you to consider removing Shorts or at least giving users the option to disable them. I would be very grateful for that.

Kurz und bündig: für die sehr gut aufgebaute App. gäbe es von mir fünf Sterne, aber wegen nervigen, viel zu oft laufenden und langen Werbeclips würde ich am liebsten gar keinen Stern vergeben.

Die Teilen-Funktion ist eine Katastrophe! Wenn mir jemand einen YouTube-Link schickt, wird sein Name dauerhaft in meiner Teilen-Liste gespeichert. Es gibt KEINEN Button zum Löschen oder Entfernen dieser Kontakte!

Die einzigen Optionen sind:

Blockieren (will ich nicht)
Damit leben (inakzeptabel)

JEDE normale App hat ein simples "X" zum Löschen von Kontakten in der Teilen-Liste. Warum YouTube nicht? Das ist schlechtes Design und respektiert nicht die Privatsphäre der Nutzer.

Auch möchte ich nicht, das man meinen Nutzer Namen sieht wenn ich einen Link senden. YouTube interessiert sich nicht mehr um die Privatsphäre seiner Nutzer!

Fordere: Fügt einen einfachen "Entfernen"-Button für Kontakte in der Teilen-Liste hinzu und Option, anonym links senden zu können!

Warum müssen die Shorts so extrem präsent sein, während man keine Chance hat Sie irgendwo in den Einstellungen dauerhaft auszublenden? Ist das nicht auch Teil eines „digital Wellbeing“ solche potentiell Ablenkenden Videos zu verbergen ? 

Das zieht leider den Rest der Erfahrung der YouTube App bzw. YouTube im allgemeinen sehr nach unten.

### **--- "Viel zu viel Werbung"
Ich verstehe, dass Werbung geschaltet werden muss, um seine Mitarbeiter und die Youtuber bezahlen zu können, aber seit einiger Zeit wird vor einem Video, während eines Videos gefühlt alle 5 Minuten, und nach einem Video Werbung geschaltet. Dazu kommt, es ist jedes Mal nicht nur eine Werbung die nach 5 Sekunden übersprungen werden kann, sondern mehrere, die in 9 von 10 Fällen nicht übersprungen werden können. Gäbe es eine gute Alternative zu Youtube, würde ich diese nutzen. Bis dahin würde ich allerdings jedem empfehlen, Youtube übers Web zu benutzen, und dort einen Adblocker zu aktivieren.

Die Qualität der Inhalte hat in den letzten Jahren merklich nachgelassen, anstatt hochwertiger und informativer Videos dominieren zunehmend oberflächliche und reißerische Beiträge die Plattform. Besonders störend ist die aggressive Werbepolitik: Wer nicht bereit ist, für YouTube Premium zu zahlen, wird regelrecht mit Anzeigen bombardiert, ein Geschäftsmodell, das Nutzer eher vertreibt als bindet. Was einmal eine kreative und vielfältige Videoplattform war, entwickelt sich immer mehr zu einem reinen Werbevehikel. Der Spaß am Zuschauen bleibt dabei leider auf der Strecke.
