YouTube Music

Hate hate hate when you select a song and it opens the song in a new window. Performs really bad and randomly deletes song off of your playlist without warning even though the albums are still available. For the price it’s not worth it.

I switched from Spotify to YouTube Music, and I am certainly happier about YouTube music performance wise, since you can add youtube videos to your song playlists. This makes it so that you can have unreleased songs from your favorite artists on your playlists, without needing to download them manually like in spotify. The "mix" feature (also called "radio" in spotify) is REALLY good at finding songs you like, too. Better than spotify in my opinion. But with that said, it has a few features which really bumps it down aesthetically and functionally (if you ask me): - You can't sort playlists by artist or search for songs in your playlist. Why is this not a feature??? - You can't change the cover photo of your playlists in the YouTube music app. You'll have to go to YouTube and change it manually. Even then. It only allows for 16:8 cover photos. Uploading a square foto (normal cover photo resolution) makes it zoom in on the photo, so that it becomes 16:8. And playlist covers are rendered in REALLY low quality in the playlist tab, which I don't get, since the pre-added covers from YouTube themselves (like your "liked songs" or "liked podcasts" images) are in super good quality. - Also, if you add a custom image to your playlist, you will not be able to see a playlist cover (on the playlist which you added a cover to) when you're in the "add song to playlist" tab. It just won't be there. Playlists you haven't added songs to (like the pre-made ones from YouTube and the cover less ones, which include the first 4 song covers from the playlist) are totally visible, but the rest are invisible. So strange😂😂 - Lacking metadata from songs is a common problem as well. You can't see who have produced a song apart from who has written it (like in spotify), which, as a producer nerd, is a little annoying. - When selecting a song to play in your playlist, it automatically boots you into the play tab. When selecting a song on spotify in the playlist tab, it just starts playing, but youtube pulls you into the song/play tab instead, so if you want to start a song and queue another, you'll have to start, exit the play tab, and then queue. I don't know if this is a me problem, but I find it strongly flow-disrupting. Also if you're looking for a song in an album or another playlist which you don't know the name of, you'll have to "start song, exit song tab, start new song, exit song tab, start new song.." You get the point. - Navigating an artists page is also a little

Er super fed app, med al musik man har brug for. Også super fed med de der skræddersyede mix playlister. Dog er apple watch appen ikke rigtig brugbart. Den fungerer kun hvis der en iphone i nærheden. Har en 4g apple watch. Men ingen forbindelse desværre. Spotify og apple music virker fint, tilgengæld. Nu jeg bare Youtube Premium kunde. Så kunne være rart hvis i implementerer et stand alone apple watch feature😉👌

Hvis ikke spotify var så dyrt havde jeg aldrig gevet youtube en krone App Oprættet af en som ikke skal lave apps. "Features" funger ikke. Eller så sker der små bugs som ingen har tænkt over. Selv om de har flere mennesker hyret end jeg har hjerneceller. Kan de stadig ikke sammensætte en ordenlig app med et bare nogenlunde layout. Idea = Stolen Quality = Idea

We’ve all been using apps to listen to music since Winamp, nothing is worse that Google’s Music product. I can’t turn off this damn radio, no matter what I do I will always get pushed some cheap royalties track si Google can avoid paying the big name artists

YouTube music is 1000x better then Spotify

This app is so good there is every kind of music in it and I just love it 😍 But I don’t really like the free version only premium 👍🏼
