A weather app that doesn’t display weather warnings, isn’t a very useful feature

This is a good app.

With your last update you have just ruined what was the best weather app. Why did you remove the hourly graph? Now it’s no better than the others Hire a better UX team

The recent update to the graph is hard to interpret and less user friendly than the old one. Why change it?

Forecasts no rain when it’s raining. Happens regularly

I contacted YR to find out why the forecast was so inaccurate in Ireland. A very helpful person, called Julie, pointed out that it’s a Norwegian app designed to work in Norway. So to Apple, why offer an app in the Irish App Store that isn’t going to work in Ireland? Anyone, anyone, Bueller?

If I was to plan my day based on this app, I’d stay in bed. Today it predicted rain all day. It’s 11.30 now and I’ve had my long walk since 9am in dry weather. I don’t expect long range accuracy but on the day?? Used to be much more accurate within a day or two. Not sure if they have changed their info sourcing. A % chance of rain predicted might help a lot. And shorter blocks for 6 to 3 hours.

I set the default location but the title location on each page says somewhere else.

The meteogram is by far the easiest way to get a feel for what the weather is up to. I like the way the table gives a simple morning, afternoon, evening overview but that the hourly detail is only a click away if i need it. ‘Map’ and ‘Around you’ features are also useful and i like the morning notification. A very well thought out app.
