Download the Yulu App & pay a one-time security deposit
Now, locate a Yulu or Yulu zone nearest to you
Unlock the bike by scanning the QR located on the bike panel
And that’s it, enjoy your smooth & easy Yulu ride!
You can pause your ride by simply clicking the “Pause” button on the app & resume by clicking “Resume”
To end your ride, park the bike at a Yulu zone, lock it and hit “End Ride” on the app

Yulu doesn’t require a driver’s license but, we strongly recommend abiding by all traffic laws!

I have made an initail payment for the ride as a refundalbe depository of ₹200 but the requested destination was not upto the yulu so i was not able to ride and even my payment hasn’t been credited to my account even i have reported the issues but no action is uet to be taken

Very bad customer service and there is no return of security deposit even after 15 working days Very bad

App services too bad when I search rentel they show neer by but when i rech the location there no bike and wallet money also they not refund only security balance refund

Fraud

Till now everything was fine but today instead of refunding my deposit back they are charging my 547 without any reason and when i asked they are saying i will be getting more money than usual but first i need to clear the negative balance . Like literally ? Are we mad why should i simply pay more? And sometimes they are saying that before some months they mistakenly refunded my extra 2/3 times so i need to pay back that 🤬 ? I was in love with this app till today but i am gonna delete this yulu today . @yulu very much disappointed with this kind of service

Best in Indian infrastructure

In a difficult situation, if it is available, then there is no match of security, and it has no issue in the technical side, but availability of the Yulu Bike is less

Does not refund money apart from security deposit

Regulators should impose ban on the app.

Worst service

Because they will charge you the money without any proof.

Stuck on loading

I added the money in wallet and then scan QR on vehicle then start ride, then it is showing ending ride and keeps loading forever

Worst experience ever

First and last ride with yulu, Worst experience with yulu. Worst backend staff & policies are hidden until you are trapped. I hired bike @6:48pm from barakhamba road metro station for 1 hour and unfortunately i went 1 min late to dropping point just 1 min and they charged 150rs as a penalty and now am asking for my money back so they are saying send the dropping picture then we can refund. ultimately they denied that we don't refund penalties and you can do whatever you want.

When bike riding is in out of service area then there should be proper help immediately. Like restarting bike for second or return ride. Your phone contact persons are misguide to download load other apps. Please take strict measures against them. Also increase riding area in Navi Mumbai. Thanks,
