I have being trying to chat with someone through app. The app crashes every time i am connected with someone after wasting 30 mins and more than 5 attempts i am still trying to reach someone. Poor response

Make a payment option never works. I have to delete the app and re install everytime I want to make a payment. Will be leaving Yuno Energy when my contract is up over this. Not that hard to have an app work properly especially when your whole service works through it.

I have spent the last two days trying to get the payment section to work for me. All I keep getting are messages telling me that the payment section isn’t working and to try again later. Well two days later and I’m still trying. I have lost count of the amount of times I have logged out of the app and deleted it(as suggested) only for the same problem to return when I restart the app again. I’m very disappointed with the app at this point and no one seems to have any idea how to fix it????

The App is very good in all terms except while making payments. I have to re-install the app every month while paying the bill which is very frustrating.  This needs to be looked in ASAP

It tells you your daily usage every day and predicts your next payment. How can that prediction be out 10% for the month on the final day? I mean it knows all but one day of usage.

This App constantly has errors where you can’t see your bill! I wonder why

The answer they give you is delete th app and reinstall! Crazy. 

For this reason I wouldn’t recommend YUNO as the App should be seamless. It’s a complete pain.

Would not recommend at all. You have to uninstall the app and reinstall it every time you want to make a payment or add credit to your account. Very frustrating, is it that difficult to fix this? Predicted usage is nowhere near accurate. I was assured I would save money by moving to Yuno but I seem to be paying way more. I will be switching as soon as possible.

Recently changed over and thought there would be considerable differences from previous provider but very little
Advance payment is annoying every month, forecast and prediction ways off. Every day I log in cost increases daily 
I can’t credit my account without deleting app and restalling it again
Now app seems be bugged as frozen on same page even after numerous times deleting it and reinstalling it again 
2 months in and more than likely will pay cancellation fee soon if things don’t drastically improve and I’ll find a more reliable provider

Yuno’s business model revolves around advance payments based on predictions and forcing you to use an app and a smart meter (so they collect data). But, app does not work. Do you want to make a payment? Reinstall the app. Do you want to see you bills? Reinstall the app. Do you want to add a payment method? Reinstall the app. If I knew, I would not switch my electricity account to them.

Awful app, have to delete and reinstall to see invoices.
But its not just the app, the company predicts daily based on usage what your bill will be. I dont have a smart meter so they are just making it up as they go along.
The readings on your invoice dont show an actual start/finish reading like every other company does. They start at 0 when you open your account. So keep the closing bill from your previous company if you switch to these so you can check the usage when you leave.
I was told it would take 21 working days to get an answer to an invoice query. 21 working days is nearly a month, ridiculous.

Incredibly disappointing! For a company that fully relies on the App for payments to be made you’d think it would work. However it is riddled with bugs and is nothing more than lost storage space on my phone at this point. 

I really wanted to give Yuno time to iron out their core functionality bugs before leaving a review but there’s only a certain amount users/customers can take. I was tracking my usage for the month of Jan - Feb and it stated €200. All of a sudden on billing day this shot up to €419. 

I tried paying this off in every way possible (paying the whole lot, paying half, paying €20 and also adding new payment method) none of these core functions worked and were bugged out. I spoke to a rep who let me know about some bug fixes that were made to fix these. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but lone behold the same issues are there. 

Along with this our predictions now seem to be delayed. I was away the entire weekend yet my predictions are showing more usage than if I was in?

I would stay well away. If Yuno Energies fundamental selling points are being smart with electricity and being App driven but their App is riddled with bugs and predictions are inaccurate. Then there is no reason to chose them. Save yourself the hassle and the stress and go with another provider!

Doesn’t update for days on end, estimated usage doubles from one day to the next as does next prediction for payment. March-April payment showing as 3 times higher than December. No alternative to view your details online- only this absolutely garage app
