It’s supposed to be for the YMCA but Naperville Fort Hill Activity Center is the only location that shows up. -- Diane Ki, 2024-11-29 ### *---- "Worst app ever" Atrocious functionality. Does not allow saving card info. Please let us go back to the previous app that actually worked. -- most satisfied customer, 2024-11-29 ### *---- "Not a step forward" The old app was not great and O had high hopes for this one. Alas, this is not a step forward. At least in the old app I could add my membership to my Apple Wallet. To use eCheck In now one has to find the app, open it, then click eCheck In, very retro. And do not get me started on how many times one has to enter their log on credentials! WHY, WHY is biometric login not supported? Whatever source they got this app from, the Metro Chicago YMCA should request a full refund! -- The Road Samuri, 2024-11-28 ### *---- "Check in only account holder" Not helpful - I have a family of 5 and now need 2 passwords (app and community). The app only populated with a barcode for me to scan in and not my children. Glad the Universal App loaded my Apple wallet with the cards so I don’t have to carry cards to scan in my kids. -- MLH MLH, 2024-11-23 ### **--- "Upgrade from prior but still bad" The prior app my Y used was so bad that there could only have been improvement, but this new one still doesn’t work well. My community account got tied to my daughter’s name in spite of me typing in my own name to register. I have received no response from sending multiple support requests to get it fixed. When I sign up for a class, it is her name that gets attached. You have to select the club you want every time you use the app with no ability to make it a “home” club to avoid this. That all said, registering for a class is now single click instead of a ridiculous process with multiple logins and for that you get upgraded from zero to 2 stars. -- MLEonThree, 2024-11-22 ### *---- "No membership" Every time I try to sigh up for a class it says I have no membership. When I check in at the y they say my membership is active and they are unable to sign me up for classes also because it says I don’t have an active membership once you try and sign up for class. Have talked to tech-support three times and they refused to call me back with any answers. -- rickb34, 2024-11-19 [View all YX: YMCA of Metro Chicago reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## YX: YMCA of Metro Chicago Discovered Keywords - ymca of greater des moines - ymca of metro chicago - yx ## YX: YMCA of Metro Chicago Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/yx-ymca-of-metro-chicago-ttmu/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/yx-ymca-of-metro-chicago-ttmu/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
