I remember why I left ZVRS and their misbehavior jogged my memory. My account manager wasted my time waiting while she was checking on the status of what I returned to ZVRS then she came saying she was ‘swamping other things’ and willing to check on the other day. She asked me to call her, but whenwe called me, she said I will call you back. Seriously?! Everytime I contact my account manager, she's always giving me excuses so that person doesn't have to help me. That is not okay to tell me that at the last minute. I tried to call the customer service, this is the reason why I remember I resigned from it years ago. They wasted more of my time while the call was on the ringing screen for more than one hour testing my patience. I believe they are ignoring incoming calls. Very poor video quality. NOT OKAY!!!! This is why Sorenson is way better than ZVRS. They will cut off your internet when you make a call while you're using a video app to watch a movie, they denied the truth and blame my internet provider. When I was making a call, my movie stopped playing. When I closed the ZVRS app, my movie started working again. Those lying jerks! They will aggravate and pick on you to transfer your Sorenson number with ZVRS instead of providing a new one. Stay away from ZVRS, BEWARE!

Please fix Z5 app!!! It’s very urgent and issue with the call button to dial does not work and someone call my videophone not show of dial eventually late dial it. It’s taking long to loading calls history and late notifications too. So I was checked on if my app needed update .. there no update.. it’s very huge issued ! Please fix immediately the app!

App will not open. Fix asap. I’m missing calls.

I cannot open my app since it kept crashing on me. I need this app fixed asap as I am waiting for important calls. I even tried to contact tech support and been waiting for over 15 minutes and I had to hang up as I was in the middle of working.

I typed In a number to call, it seems to me that the “call” button to dial does not work. It’s also taking long to load call history, I double check to see if my app needed an update…there isn’t any, this app has multiple flaws and is obstructive to my accessibility.

I get lot of missed important calls on zvrs app and I checked emails showed me that I missed calls lot Need fix update app where I can have a call on mobile connection for get a call where’s show up on calls I get nothing and I have to do is call them back which it’s ridiculous

Videomails does not upload full video, video is cut off in a few seconds of video. Missing video or laggy video.

Apps have problem... too many miss call that I am trying to open answer call. Need to fix this app or your system. Otherwise , switch to different service.

I’ve not been able to make any calls for the past year due to issues because the other party’s screen shows “Connecting...” with blank screen and they could see me but I can’t see them. I contacted the customer service through email explaining my problem and they emailed me back to call their customer service for assistance...... ????? I’m certain they don’t even read their emails. I tried almost everything under the sun, from resetting my iPhone to delete and reinstall the Z5 app with no valid result. This is literally my right arm that I need desperately for important phone calls.

The quality of interpreters including technology to serve high quality videos is non existent! One of them called me an a hole, one of them were eating and drinking while interpreting. One of them just hang up on me. And even worse non of my calls goes through my application. I only get an email or a text if I get a call and I have no freaking ability to answer my calls! I am transferring my account back to convo where I have never ever experienced any issues.
