Not impressed at all. Will be taking this further very soon. 👎🏻 -- PurpleAztec, 2023-04-03 ### *---- "Terrible app" Can only log in once every few days, just times out constantly on all our devices (mine and the kids), so no-one can check their balance quickly in shops or at registers etc. I can’t transfer money to the kids quickly if they need it because I can’t get into the app. Then if it does let my log in on my desktop computer, there aren’t even balances displayed or options to transfer there. I’m sure it used to be better than it’s been the last few months. Very frustrating. -- ideas_gal, 2023-04-02 ### **--- "Poor" Constant bugs. Slow to no response from company. -- Mkakosya, 2023-03-17 ### **--- "Meh" It logged me out of my account and I can’t log in , and my child can’t log in either. -- snhshejshe, 2023-03-11 ### **--- "Unable to log in" Unfortunately it’s very seldom that the app will let me log in and when it does, it won’t load properly so I can’t see the balance or transfer any money -- Jme girl, 2023-02-18 ### *---- "Great idea, flawed execution" When the app works, it is great, but that is a rare event. Lots of issues: unable to view child balance, unable to update parent credit card, unable to transfer between accounts and just generally hanging. Based on the app, I worry that payment will not always work so you have to have a backup card or cash. -- Deus Nullus, 2023-02-15 ### *---- "Nearly unusable" Worked initially but the app itself is glitchy and rarely loads . Do yourself a favour and open a child’s account with any major bank . No fees and all happens instantly. Takes nearly a day on this app to transfer money into my parent account Hopeless -- andrew77730, 2023-02-15 ### *---- "Avoid!!!" Money was debited from my account twice but I was only credited once. My son tried to pay for his lunch at the canteen and the card was declined despite having funds on it. I cannot log-in, I just keep getting endless error messages. Dodgy. -- gmeister77, 2023-02-10 ### *---- "Terrible app Avoid this company" App doesn’t work very often. Half the time it doesn’t list my child and the other half it doesn’t let me see his balance. I’m really disappointed. It’s not worth the stress. This has been going on for over 3 years and never gets better. Terrible customer service with no contact number only email. Once again my kid will try to purchase lunch and his card won’t work. -- GriffinGang, 2023-02-01 [View all ZAAP reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ZAAP Discovered Keywords - zaap ## ZAAP Available In - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/australia) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/canada) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/austria) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/azerbaijan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/belgium) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/bulgaria) - [Bahrain](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/bahrain) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/brunei) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/ecuador) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/estonia) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/spain) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/france) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/united-kingdom) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/hong-kong) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/croatia) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/india) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/lebanon) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/lithuania) - [Luxembourg](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/luxembourg) - [Madagascar](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/madagascar) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/malta) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/norway) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/nepal) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/singapore) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/slovenia) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/slovakia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/ukraine) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/uzbekistan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/south-africa) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/armenia) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/zaap-RYQ/argentina) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
