### ***** "You will LOVE this app and Zac!"
Zac is the best trainer and this app is AMAZING. It is super easy to navigate, packed with helpful resources including recipes and workout tutorials, you get a personalized plan with daily workouts and macros/calorie calculator which makes logging food much less painful. The workouts are varied and engaging and gradually level up to keep you engaged and motivated. I could not be happier training with Zac and using this app!

For anyone who is looking for a trainer, I HIGHLY recommend ZacFit! Zac is energetic, responsive, encouraging and very knowledgeable about fitness. Working out can be super overwhelming, right? I mean, what exercise should I do? When? How long? And what if I’m doing the wrong thing? I know what I want to achieve, but I’m just not sure how to get there. That’s when I discovered ZacFit and the ZacFit App.

When I joined ZacFit and hired Zac and his team as my personal trainers, I had no idea how amazing the ZacFit App would be. It’s packed with so many useful tools that I didn’t even know I needed. Now, I use every single one of them to help me reach my goals. And guess what? I lost 5% of my body fat in just 6 weeks! I’m on my way to achieving my goals, and I can’t thank the ZacFit App enough.

The ZacFit App is so customizable that it’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket. You’ll get a daily food macro plan, daily and weekly workout plans, weekly challenges to keep you motivated, daily check-ins, and a personal toolbox with a nutrition guide, exercise database, stretching tools, and more. Plus, you’ll get to connect with other users and compete on the leaderboard. It’s like a fun game that helps you stay on track.

Even though I love my personal in-session training with the ZacFit team, the ZacFit App is just as valuable for the days I’m not in a session. If I follow the guidance that they’ve built into my customized app, I know I’ll reach my goals. It’s a 5-star experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get fit and healthy.

ZacFit is such a welcoming  place for one’s fitness journey, and the ZacFit app is the perfect accountability complement. Zac’s app is easy to use and provides a comprehensive tool for tracking one’s progress-including daily goals, individualized workouts, meal planning and food tracking in addition to general fitness information. Also a great way to stay up to date on upcoming ZacFit events and to stay in touch with fellow ZacFit fitness folks. Highly recommend!
