I am a premium member. I cannot access the information I should be receiving. Why is this not working for me?

Pretty irrelevant

There was a time when Zack’s seemed to have their finger on the pulse, but in recent times, not so much. This used to be my “go to” app for pretty much everything stock related, but not any more. Less information, less up to date and less insightful. Sorry Zacks, it’s been nice knowing you.

No good

The app does not work on my iPhone or iPad

Barely works

I have an iPhone 12 mini, lates iOS, this app never works for me. Once you try to pull a stock rating it just loads and loads. Please fix this.
