It is extremely difficult to get a virtual number using Zadarma. The identity verification process is just endless and the customer support is simply not there. In short, don’t waste your time!

Since Microsoft has announced the end of Skype and no alternative VOIP system with local numbers, Zadarma has proven a great alternative. It is not as feature rich as Skype and does not have as glossy an app but it works well for incoming and outgoing calls. Highly recommended.

Using the APP to receive and make calls is easy. By the way, I am using the cloud PBX to set up voicemail system and all the voicemails are sent by email and I downloaded and saved them. Super good and easy. This is much better than Skype number. I have changed the voicemail greeting by typing a new one. It is wonderful!

Just spent 2 hours trying to the app on a phone to ring and take people to voicemail. Still doesn’t ring. Customer service is useless.

You need to pay for 3 months worth of service before they will allow you to send and receive text messages. 

Text messages take hours to appear if they ever do.

Incoming calls rarely appear. 

Missed call notification emails don't arrive till the next day. 

Support is unhelpful and antagonistic. 

Avoid this company like the plague.

People call you but then you don’t receive the calls. I paid for two virtual numbers but it was a waste of time and money because the network cannot process and direct calls all the time.

Terrible app and service.
SMS does NOT work! It's one way only and you can't reply to the SMS.
They force you to pay before you can test this to find out!!

Satisfied with audio quality, it’s good both over WiFi and cellular data. Able to have calls with my team and my clients from my work number. I really like the smart notifications update, no need to worry about accidentally closing the app and missing an important call.

I’ve been in business for many years, but always stuck with my landline phone at the office. Was impressed when my employee suggested using Zadarma so we don’t miss calls when we are out of the office (which is quite some time due to the nature of our business). Very easy to use, even for me who is not too familiar with technology. Now I realize how many calls, hence orders, we’ve been missing. Having this app has definitely helped our business.

A useful tool to separate personal and business communication while using one device. Easy to set up, just took me a few minutes. Calls to my work number are clearly marked, which helps to avoid answering spam calls on my mobile (I don’t have to answer calls from unknown numbers on my personal phone anymore). Haven’t faced a single problem with them yet. Well done

A long time user (fan) here. Thank you for re-designing the app. It was much harder in the past to use. Now it is such a pleasure to interact with. I also like the new push/background stability. There was an issue with phone speakers become silent in the past (cab only be solved after restarting the phone). I will see if this has been fixed as well. Overall I am very very impressed!
