## ZAFRO Reviews in United States

### **--- "Terrible app great aircondutioner"
The app fails to read the state of my air conditioner regularly. It will say its off when its on etc... right now i cant even log in to use it. The air conditioner itself works well so I kept it but I am very unhappy with this app. It needs some serious work.

### *---- "Horrible connectivity."
The app does not work after initial setup. It never displays what the ac unit is actually doing, and never responds to anything I try and do. AC unit works great though, that’s the only reason I haven’t investigated how to give this app 0 stars.
-- WhiteMamba12, 2025-09-19

### *---- "Unable to make an account"
Got a new device (portable AC) says it’s WiFi compatible. I’m unable to make an account. Says email failed to send. Try again later.
-- WiFi AC, 2025-08-06

### *---- "App worked fine but not anymore"
I’ve tried refreshing, logging out and back in. It keeps showing device online when it’s not. Device was working perfectly fine. I loved the ability to turn it on before I got home
-- MrWB108, 2025-07-14

### *---- "Cannot control settings"
App is virtually useless to control the air conditioner, all I can do is schedule and turn the unit on and off. You need the remote that comes with the unit to do anything useful 🙄

### ***** "Great App"
Really pleased with the well thought out and designed application. Every feature I would want.

I have yet to see if there’s some sort of alarm that notifies me to drain the unit, if it ever gets to that point, so stay tuned.

Also, just for the companies feedback, there is a timer on the application that lets you set how long it will run before it automatically shuts off. One of the many function, but it is labeled “range” in the application, which is an odd word choice. You should probably use “timer”.

On a sidenote, everything about both the application and the AC unit Clearly show that you have a commitment to quality, and it’s much appreciated. Have the A9048E-6k

### ***** "Just opened"
I just opened up the ac and have it turned on it seems to be cooling the room down quickly it’s been on for 20 mins and it’s already gone down 2 degrees within 3 rooms. The app is very easy to make an account and I love that it tells you the current temperature in the room and the humidity. Recommend the ac and the app!

### *---- "Buggy"
Log in button does not work
-- Deg10105, 2025-07-10

### *---- "Grrrr"
App stopped working today 7/9/25, logged me out and nothing happens when you click log in. Nice.

### *---- "App not working!"
Can’t log in to my account anymore!
