ZAFUL - My Fashion Story

Zaful is actually one of my favorite shopping apps and the quality of it is amazing and customer service is amazing. I just like it and I’ll never forget how good it is 🖤🖤

This app is sending anoying alerts same as “ your order has been shipped “ while I didn’t order any thing from them ! Im going to delete it .

Ordered up to two time didn't receive any of the orders... the staff also rely very late to emails .. I won't be using this app again :) 👎🏻

I've just downloaded the app and add Kwd currency and the app started to crashes always so please fix it .

Since i changed currency to kwd it keeps crashing. It wont let me view anything.

The tracking number given to me was incorrect and the package was returned for lacking “proper shipping information”. When I checked with the minimal tracking information provided it brought me to a sketchy Vietnamese domain USPS website clone. Scam scam scam, I’m out $100 and now some sketchy website has my credit card info. Please be warned, only thing customer service was willing to do was send me 200 Zaful points?

I have been ordering swimsuits from ZAFUL for years now, loved them. This is the first year I ordered some that did not fit well. I order large but some of the bottoms were extra large fitting and some tops were too small or fit funny. I tried them on the day they got delivered and put them back in the packaging they arrived in. Tried to get a ticket number from ZAFUL to send them back and get my refund and they lied telling me it had been 30 days so I sent back the dates I ordered which was 4/2/23 and when it was delivered 4/12/23, telling them they are lying and asking for my refund back. Then they still deny my refund saying swimsuits are like underwear, they won’t take back. In stores you can try on swimsuits and leave them there if they don’t fit, not underwear so I don’t see their point there. Smh. It does not say u can’t get a refund on their refund/ exchange for swimsuits. I am now done ordering from ZAFUL. I don’t think it’s just swimsuits with them, I think it’s anything, they keep your money. No refunds or exchanges

I want to start out by saying how I’m satisfied with the clothes. It’s true to size and the material is of somewhat quality. Where I am conflicted is with the shipping. It took about three weeks for 3/6 items to come in and another 2 weeks for another 2/6 to come in, while I’m still waiting on one more item. If you intend to buy, be mindful that you’ll be waiting a long periodically time for shipping.
