途中で強制的に止まる
動作が重く再生中にも何度も止まる 続きからの再生や十数秒単位でのスキップもできない
惜しい
チケット入場とかの性能はいいんですが… チケットを購入して入金も済ませて、購入履歴を見たら、買ったはずのチケットが表示されないというバグが良くあります。サポートセンターに問い合わせても、確認中です と返信が来て来4日以上経ちますが音沙汰無し。チケットはちゃんと表示されるのでしょうか。中止以外の理由で返金はされないと書かれてますが、バグが起きた際の返金はちゃんとして下さるのでしょうか。と色々不安になります。 SNSで調べると、同じ人が沢山居ました。 あまりおすすめしません。
早送りできない
私の接続が特殊なのかもしれませんが （スマホでテザリングしてiPad画面をChromecastでテレビに映してる ）早送りできない アーカイブではありますが2時間弱のライブの前に1時間近くも静止画（ライブグッズの案内） 購入したチケットで視聴するのに何故1時間も無駄な時間を取らされるのか納得いきません iPad上で見る分には早送りできますが、上記の方法で大きい画面で見たいがためにインストールしたのに、これでは入れた価値がないです

劇団アフリカ座の公演を観るためにZAIKOに登録しましたが、ブラウザより遥かに使い安くて感動しました！ 動作もサクサクで、LIVE配信の視聴が捗ります！
