I don’t suggest use the service with this company at all because they deliver my emirates ID to a stranger and I am chasing them since more than a week to know where is my ID and try to arrange the delivery and still waiting… all customer service agent answer the call speaks English even I select Arabic speaker and they all answer me with the same script which is useless and not professional.
