Boozt er bare bedre
Syntes udvalg og priser er bedre hos konkurrenten Boozt. Så det er der jeg handler
Flot udvalg - langsom levering
Zalando har et udvalg som meget få netbutikker kan matche. Priser er ofte fornuftige med lidt besparelser i forhold til de vejledende priser. Levering er oplevet langsom i forhold til de konkurrerende netbutikker. Information om leverings status er mangelfuld eller ikke eksisterende. Blev leveringsoplevelsen forbedret ville jeg klart foretage flere køb hos Zalando.
Betalinger
Der er som regel altid det man har brug for. Men det er lidt udfordrende når man vælger betal senere. Ingen påmindelser om betalinger og det er heller ikke nemt at finde den side hvor man kan finde betalingsmetoderne osv. generelt besværligt når der skal betales
Forfærdelig kundeservice
Kundeservice er det dårligste. De sender rykker og faktura selvom jeg har betalt, de forteller mig noget på chat og noget anden på mail. De forteller at alt er betalt, derefter får man rykker. Derefter siger de jeg skal se bort fra det. De skriver på mail om de snart sender en ny opdateret faktura, og en anden medarbejder siger at jeg få ikke en nye faktura. Jeg sender kopi af den mail til hende og så får jeg automatisk besked på tysk, at denne mail kan ikke besvares. Hver gang jeg tager kontakt, skal forklare det hele igen og igen, og jeg får ingen hjælp.
