Giữa cả đống phần mềm nhắn tin đang phổ biến, zalo là cái duy nhất ko lưu trữ tin nhắn, ảnh,… vào đám mây của họ, khiến phần mềm ăn nhiều bộ nhớ của người dùng. Chưa kể đến nhiều cái rất bất tiện khác nữa.

App cũng có tiềm năng, có điểm tốt, nhưng không bù được cho trải nghiệm tệ mà nó đem lại.

I have been using Zalo for 1 year to communicate with my family in Vietnam as my family is using Zalo.
One day the app disable my account and ask me to take pictures of my Passport or ID. I have lost all pictures and chat with my family.
Please consider using other app if you don’t want to be like me.

Please do not use this app. It will ask you to take picture of your passport or ID.
I used Zalo for 1 year to chat with my family in Vietnam because my family is using Zalo. Suddenly, the app disabled my account for no reason and keep telling me to take picture of my passport or ID. I lost all pictures I exchange with my family.
Consider using other app or you will end up the same

Nếu ứng dụng đang mở, bạn sẽ nhận được thông báo, nhưng nếu đóng ứng dụng, nó sẽ không thông báo cho bạn nên phản hồi sẽ bị chậm.

Bình thường mình không hay viết review cho app đâu nhưng hôm nay bực quá phải viết. 
Chuyện là sếp mình người Nhật, đang ở Nhật, do có dự án ở Việt Nam nên để thuận tiện với bên đối tác ở Việt Nam mình đã thuyết phục sếp tải Zalo để lập group chat để trao đổi công việc (thay vì thuyết phục phía Việt Nam tải Line). Nhưng sau khi tải app và tạo tài khoản bằng sđt Nhật và add friend với mình thì bỗng nhiên tài khoản của sếp mình bị khoá với lý do là “có hành vi không bình thường”, sau đó app yêu cầu chụp hình giấy tờ tuỳ thân, điều mà Line hay Wechat không hề yêu cầu. Mà yêu cầu up giấy tờ tuỳ thân chỉ là bước 1/3 thôi, không biết sau đó còn yêu cầu gì nữa nên sếp mình không chịu. Giờ sếp mình bảo mình phải đi thuyết phục đối tác tải Line hoặc WeChat. Zalo đang tự làm giảm người dùng của mình!

Zalo nên cập nhật thẻ căn cước mới đi. Tài khoản của mk k biết vì lí do gì bị vô hiệu hoá yêu cầu chụp ảnh giấy tờ tuỳ thân. Mà căn cước mới của mk khi up lên lại bị “ giấy tờ không hợp lệ”.
