Complex, Password rules are way over the top and it can’t handle uploading credit card details. Prepare for 45 minutes of frustration before you eventually give up without ordering.

While the app itself is nice, there seems to be no system in place for adding orders to the queue at the store. Orders are prepared when you get to the store. This completely defeats the purpose of the app.

Also it is unclear within the app whether guac is included with the vegetarian option.

May as well use carrier pigeons instead of this app. Buggy to the max, but don’t think about using the desktop version, it’s worse! Credit card shows “pending” transaction, get to the outlet, no order received. Woeful customer experience.

This is less of a complaint about the app and more of a complaint about whatever communication/internal systems there are between the app and the shop staff. Almost every time I turn up 20-30 mins after I’ve placed the order and instead of the burrito waiting for me, they go “oh I’ll just make that for you now” and still often don’t make it how I ordered it. I ordered this 30 mins ago, why am I waiting another 5+ mins in shop to watch you make it? Should just be able to grab it and go. Not a very efficient system

I have used this app to order my favourite burritos. And it’s not just once or twice. 

When I began using the app, I did have a problem with it, but ‘head office’ quickly showed me the process and what was going wrong and how to fix it. It worked well for a while. 

Today, it’s the end of September 2024, and I have not changed my details, but I am unable to log in. And interestingly, I can’t even send the password reset email link. I’m repeatedly told that ‘something has gone wrong’ and that I should try again later. 

How much later? And is there any guarantee that it will work ‘later’? It hasn’t happened so far. It’s the middle of the day and I’ve been trying for a couple of hours. I’m not holding my breath waiting.

HORRIBLE. I ordered Two large burritos on Apple pay, and after I paid it said “this order will not be able to deliver to your location” and the app charged me two times which added up to $98.30 which is most of my pay check and my hard worked long hours as a 14 year old and i havent gotten my money back and i also never got any goods.
