This app costs a significant outlay for a service that is not yet fit for purpose. In Apple Play mode you constantly have to refresh the screen to get charger location updates. This is very frustrating and inconvenient when driving. Availability of chargers is rarely up to date so is useless. 
Also if you do add some feedback after a ‘check in’ to such as ‘more chargers here would be useful’, you get a snappy response that you shouldn’t be charging at such a location when busy! Not sure who made them the charging police. As a woman who drives on her own on long journeys I have to choose busier locations for security, not a pub car park with no lights! Just not very consumer friendly to respond like that.

Can you reconsider your position with regard charging for accessing this feature on carplay - seems a little shortsighted in comparison to many other apps??

Couldn’t activate the free trial - gave up after 3 attempts-I authorise the payment on my banking app as mandated by the zapmap app  but on returning to the zap map app the previous payment screen verification page has closed and so the only option is then to click for free trial , authorise the payment card return to zapmap and so the process starts again to be repeated and repeated… useless

This is a great app with good features, but it is hard to understand why it takes such a long time to update and add new chargers. I’ve added five chargers from my own town and not a single one has appeared on the map in over a year. Also, the app has ‘trolls’ that you can’t block, putting patronising little comments on updates all over the map. Really frustrating!

The app shows the chargers at Strood Retail park as 38kw, they are infact split 22kw.

Recent French trip and firstly the place we stayed in Provence , charleval doesn’t even show up in the search. Also it doesn’t show the charger that is there in the town. Electroverse and Abrp apps do show it. Found the same issue in another French town of saint didier in Provence. No charging, and I checked I had 7kw or more in the filter .

1st time use of Zapmap and attempting to charge my new ev, at my local charge points 1st said I had to download pod point app would not accept payment on Zapmap, second one genie point tried to charge through zappay £30 off credit card  followed all instructions through the app 2x and would not charge gave up in the end, hope this is not the future not very impressed with Zapmap or genie point and pod point
