## ZAPS Premium Description
ZAPS Premium is a concierge services app for B2B Clients to offer privileges for their high value customers. End users can download ZAPS Premium app and enjoy the privileges the Client provides to them for being active, engaged customers.
Privileges include Airport Services, Valet Parking, Transportation Services, Leisure, Entertainment and Lifestyle services. Customers can book these services from the App and avail it based on their need.
Customer privileges can be restricted based on segments, demographics etc.
The App will be updated with services and offers on a regular basis.

### *---- "Limited benefits and lack of flexibility"
Unfortunately, the benefits offered by ZAPS Premium are limited and not flexible, which makes them less useful.

For example, the airport transfer service requires you to book at least 48 hours in advance. However, travel plans can change unexpectedly. A flight may be cancelled, rescheduled, or moved to an earlier time. In these situations, you may lose the benefit because of the 48-hour booking requirement.

With these restrictions, the benefits are not very practical and, in my opinion, are not worth registering for or relying on. The services should be more flexible to better meet customers’ needs.

### *---- "Verification Failed, Zero Support, Far From Premium"
An absolute failure of an app in every sense of the word, with a user experience that is well below zero! I faced crippling issues just trying to get through the most basic registration and card payment steps, with every single attempt ending in a "Verification Failed" error without any clear technical reason. To make matters worse, the customer support is completely random and shockingly poor. When I reached out to resolve the issue, their reply was totally clueless, as if they were responding to a job application rather than an issue from a customer facing a payment and system error!
The app is riddled with technical glitches, and the recurring problems with registering eligible cards are frustrating and a complete waste of customers' time, with zero real solutions or professional response from the team in charge. A company that markets itself as "premium" yet is completely incapable of providing the most basic fundamentals of technical support or maintaining a stable payment and registration system. It doesn't even deserve a single star!

استخدمت التطبيق للمرة الاولى بنجاح، لما حاولت اضيف بطاقة اخرى جديدة ما قدرت، ويطلب مني استخدم البطاقة القديمة او أضيف بطاقة من نفس البنك السابق، ماعرفت اضيف بطاقة جديدة من بنك جديد!!!

التطبيق والدعم الفني أسوأ ما يمكن ان تتخيله

التطبيق سيئ للغاية وبدائي بحيث لا يمكنك إضافة أكثر من بطاقة على حسابك.  كما لا يمكنك حذف البطاقة الحالية لإضافة بطاقة أخرى بنفسك وإنما تقوم بالحذف من خلال التطبيق ولكن تنظر تنفيذ الحذف من الدعم الفني، وللأسف لا يوجد دعم فني ينفذ الحذف وتصبح انت معلّق تدور في دوامة طلب الحذف من الشركة وتواجه خدمة متخلفة للغاية.  أنا الان معلّق ، لا استطيع حذف البطاقة الحالية، لا استطيع إضافة بطاقة أخرى، ولا اجد دعم فني يرد على المراسلات والاتصالات المتكررة.

I can’t verify my card and i keeps asking support to check, there reply is same just logout login again, check wifi and other network, i tried all options but i couldn’t verify my bank cards either support team help me to fix. Same card used in last year not not able to verify, when try to verify getting same OTP and couldn’t not complete the verification. Issue with the App. Please fix it.
