The latest app update is awful. The images are dark I have to turn my phone brightness all the way up. The layout is confusing.. I want to see the items not a closeup on a model who doesn’t even show the clothes. To get to my favorites or saved items I have to go through a lot of steps, where’s the ux in that?! I thought they would want me to access my shopping list easily.. it’s just bad all over.

This app is quite hard to follow, the writing is too light, it does not tell you if it is Slim suit or not , nowhere to find very bad for a large company like Zara, I order my now I am hoping that it will be slim I did click in slim pants  but anyway very hard and no support AI support is totally unacceptable

The app is more of a “look-book” than an e-commerce platform. It’s trying to be different, but it doing so it’s not user-friendly and frustrating to use. It’s such a shame because I love Zara fashion but I refuse to shop via the app.

I went to swap a white singlet top $17.95 from a medium to a large size because it didn’t fit. It wasn’t tried on until a bit later after my purchase but it got a bit colder & I needed to wear it. There was an identical one & the same price. The store manager would not let me swap it because it was 2  weeks past the return date. She said it wasn’t exactly identical and it’s their policy. I find this very petty and unfair. I was extremely polite the whole conversation. I even offered to buy something more expensive if I could have a credit. I was left feeling so unheard or seen. I had presumed at least a month for a return was acceptable as most places have this but found out it’s 2weeks. The money isn’t the point it’s the … I don’t care feeling I got.
