Could be better…….?
Well IMO, I’m not really into their clothes but this review is about the app…. It can get a bit confusing, and needs a lot of rebooting…. But other than that……. 🤷♀️

Poorly constructed app
App is always really slow & glitchy. Don’t bother.
Stop adjusting my brightness!!!!!
Rubbish app, always put the brightness too the top. Deleted it. I don’t need to shop in an app that’s bad to my eyes only because they want to made their rubbish photos looks better. Stupid
Hard to read
The pale grey font makes the text hard to read.
Up to trend!
Now I know why so many of the fashionable NewYorkers who are interviewed on the street about their gear, mostly say “it’s from Zara”
Simply the Best
Just luv Zara, even though I’m not a spring chicken.
Beautiful suede
These shoes are really sweet beautiful suede really comfortable and I was quite surprised. I will definitely get another pair and a different colour

Great app
Orders of suits
This app is quite hard to follow, the writing is too light, it does not tell you if it is Slim suit or not , nowhere to find very bad for a large company like Zara, I order my now I am hoping that it will be slim I did click in slim pants but anyway very hard and no support AI support is totally unacceptable
Frustrating and not user-friendly
The app is more of a “look-book” than an e-commerce platform. It’s trying to be different, but it doing so it’s not user-friendly and frustrating to use. It’s such a shame because I love Zara fashion but I refuse to shop via the app.
