Subpar app - chat disconnects and app bugs
Frustrating - I am try for days to finish a conversation with the customer service for 4 items that missing in my order. The chat disconnects each time you try and look for info.. you need to redo the whole processs to get back to the chat. Conversation is ended and you need to restart again and again. and app bugs - crashes, doesn’t load.. etc. iPhone 11 with large memory
