Why do I need a password for Zara? I forgot my password and now I need to go reset it as if I care about zara that much. And then I put in the password I use for almost everything as my new password and I can't use it because it's too "simple" 🤣🤣. I don't gaf about the password being simple because it's Zara, stop forcing me to use extra brain cells to make a more complicated password I WILL forget again.
For the love of god teach your representatives some sort of costumer service!!!!
Recent version is unusable. Half the images don’t appear. Can’t tap into details. Menu works randomly.
I genuinely want to shop at Zara but I end up closing this app every time out of frustration. When it’s not simply freezing it’s difficult to browse and never seems to save my cart. Please compare your app to free people or urban outfitters. Simplicity really is key. - Also, one of the most useful tools online shopping is photo reviews

The app constantly crashes upon tapping a product three or more times.
The app has a lot of bugs when syncing favorites and returning; it seems it can't go back to the previous states. For instance, if you go to your purchases, tap on an item, and come back, the app freezes. Also, when guests have a slow internet connection, the app can't handle it and keeps freezing. Freezing seems to be a significant issue. What are the QAs doing? 😒
