Zara world wide has parfumes in cyprus u cant order online just i dont understand why the app here is so ??? Only in cyprus is this i think
Terrible
I have never seen such a terrible customer support organization and in such a large company that should be reputable in the world. The application is definitely not focused on working with the client and getting high positive impressions from the client! Do not sell the product if it is not in stock and you are not going to send it to the customer!
Terrible service
What kind of terrible service is this. I made a purchase in the app on August 3, it was supposed to be delivered on August 16. Still no one is answering or getting in touch. I haven't seen such low-quality service in a long time
Disgusting service
I have a terrible experience using the app. I placed an order on June 13, the store canceled it itself and still hasn’t refunded the money!!! It is impossible to contact by mail, artificial intelligence answers all the time. One day a specialist promised to answer my problem within 24-48 hours. But I received neither answer nor money. I will never order online and will not recommend it to anyone.
Confusing app
Why the app is so confusing? I m on menu selecting sale n it goes back n forth. Why not to jst keep things simple?

We are customers of Zara from our 30’s…we like to keep finding our fashionable items today after many many years…. Allow us to see bigger sizes, extra large and even bigger on your designs…We are still here with you🥰…surfing online and buying when we see our sizes!! Thanks
Impossible for using
iPhone 13 Pro. App always get stuck after about 1 minute of using.
Slow on items/ wishlist
Takes ages to see items in wishlist, remove them, close the window and open a new item. Artemida
Autumn collection
Always a great experience shopping at ZARA. I used to find more items for my age (49) before COVID. I think your age target is now more oriented to younger ages.
