Worst customer support and product quality better buy from a store than ordering online from this app.
Fraud!!!
Zara app is a fraud. Its been 2 months but I didn’t receive my refund amount. And when i try to contact them there AI system only responding. I don’t know what to do now how to get back my money I really didn’t think zara would be fraud.
Maha fuddu app - Worst app ever
Zara Customer support is worst. Just focus on bloody scripted language rather than providing the solution.
App keeps crashing
While talking to chat support, I can’t even go a full minute without the app crashing, and the same chat session is not available when I login on the web through a desktop.
Worst experience
Their product start ripping off just after completion of a month. Worst customer service as well. Denial of call transfer to supervisor and not even accepting that their products are meant for 1 month use only
Worst online experience
Previously when I used to order from Zara app the delivery was perfectly fine but this time I received hopscotch order instead of Zara.I raised a complaint with there customer service they told that they will check and revert back to me in two days.Today I got a message telling that they have done a strict check from there side and they delivered the correct product and they can’t do a refund or return of the product.I send them the screenshot of the package and invoice of the order which was inside the package and the customer service was 100% sure that they never make a mistake. I never except this sort of behaviour from zara. Apart from loosing my money they are trying to tell me that I am lying about the issue I am facing.They delivered the wrong package to my address and they are blaming me .I don’t even have a hopscotch account I was not there when the delivery person delivered it else I would have never accepted the order. Very poor customer service and a very bad app never ordering from here again.
Worst
I had made a purchased and the pant size didn't fit in, so i opted to return but in the app and web the return page doesn't show my product to click, furthermore your customer care is like that of public sector companies.
something odd about their online merchandise
i have shopped occasionally online . mostly had to return . never matches the quality that u imagine after seeing the pictures. i hate shopping so i wud prefer online but i been mostly disappointed with what is delivered. in store purchase has worked better for me .
App keeps crashing.
After a few minutes of use the app just stops loading anything. I have to close the app and open it again and again to use it. Fix this problem, it is quite annoying.
