Awal beli di tanggal 25 desember dan di app akan di kirimkan di tanggal 9 januari. Tapi sekarang tanggal 10 januari dan barang belum dikirim dan status masih "Being Prepared" i mean what have you been doing for the last 2 weeks? Terus baru ada email delivery delayed setelah complain di live chat. Even live chat pun ga ngasih solusi sama sekali

Long process
I notice that for shopping using Zara app, the process is quite long. I am talking about the progress from buying until the product is delivered. For example, I bought an item on Nov 29 and the estimated delivery is Dec 14. I know for a fact that the item in question is available in all stores, so why the long wait? Every day I check the application, I see only “your order is being processed” and not even being prepared! Now it’s Dec 4 and my order is still beinh processed. Seriously! Zara Indonesia what’s wrong with you? The item is available in all stores, I just decide to buy it online and I have to wait for 3 weeks to get my product that I bought? Unacceptable.

I want to make a payment via MasterCard or Visa but I can't, it says 'it has not been possible to complete the payment. Please check that the details entered are correct and try again'. I have tried ordering via the application and also the website but it still doesn't work
Barang tidak sampai
Saya membeli parfum dari tanggal 13 Agustus 2024 dengan estimasi tiba tanggal 16 Agustus 2024 tetapi hingga saat ini tanggal 27 Agustus 2024 belum juga sampai parfumnya.. bagaimana cara saya menghubungi admin toko memberitahukan keterlambatan ini?
