I’m usually satisfied with my purchases, but this time left left a bad taste in my mouth. The courier they used seem to have delivered my package to the wrong address and getting a hold of them and assistance from ZARA has been the most inconvenient situation I’ve had to deal with.
Delays in purchasing
I did not have a smooth transaction, available items that I selected where listed as unavailable in the cart had to restart the app several time before I could purchase.
Favorite Jeans are from Zara!

Worst Customer Service
I wish I could have given Zara no stars. Had issues with my order. The app took 4 days to state that my order was shipped. When it was finally shipped there was no way to track your item. When I did the live chat the agent was rude, not very helpful and just lacked proper customer service. I will never spend another dollar with Zara and I will delete this app.
