I always find something beautiful and good quality.❤️
Black Friday
21:00 started Black Friday. I had all stuff in my bag already and stright away i went to pay for them. While doing a payment few seconds passed and i’ve got a note that not all the goods are in my bag, so i was said to come back to my shopping back. I went. Second payment- again the same. Third - the same. All in all, in few seconds i lost most my wanted items. Could you explain me how it’s possible? I am very disappointed of Zara.

I added items to the basket, and as I was about to pay it asked me to log in, after I log in, the basket was all empty and I had to add all items again. Other clothing store apps are more user friendly and easier to navigate.
IT is hard on Phone to Choose the price limit.
IT is hard to choose a price limit on a Phone.
Very sad
If you add to bag items, you can’t be shure you get them till your payment in few minutes…
Noise in the app
While using app some strange noise started, It ended when I closed app and again started after reopening it. Finaly stopped after closing third time. Noise was similar to some construction sounds. Very strange and scary a bit :D
