I just love Zara and have done for many years. Their quality and style are always ahead of other brands. They are also good value for your money…and their sales are great too ;)

Just terrible
Zara supports and celebrates Genocide
Never buying Zara again.. they think its okay to make mockery of a literal genocide! Never forget!
Disappointment
So disappointed with Zara’s customer care communication - not only does the app time you out when talking to customer care… also their return policy for a faulty item is non existent. So unhappy with this service and my 8 year old daughter is gutted that they won’t be replacing her faulty jeans that have a giant rip in the centre of them next to the zip after 2 wears.

I love Zara clothing it is so well priced the fabrics and quality of the clothing is excellent. It caters for all sizes and has an amazing array of styles and colours.
Horrible design.
