Nightmare
Website is a nightmare. Loaded with rubbish n pathetic flashy animations it takes ages for searches, ie loading, moving about etc. frequently unstable, rubbish search n sorting parameters. App similar, doesn’t recognise my online account…! Ridiculous for a company this size.
Encomendas
Se tiveres um problema com a encomenda, não tens como entrar em contacto com a Zara , ou numero de telefone não funciona, se mandas mensagem na app para alguém te ligar ninguém liga .
Bad post and in store collect
I was not able to collect in store and instead I was forced to post it to my home address.
Site com problema
Ultimamente quase que não se consegue ver nada no site. As imagens ficam todas pretas, literalmente uma tela preta só vês a descrição da peça em baixo mas nada. Isso è tao chato 😒

Após esta actualização a APP deixou de funcionar corretamente! Quando se clica numa peça (nao acontece em todas)para ver pormenores e cores, fica bloqueado e depois a APP fecha 🥹
