Easy to use app, great photo’s of the items and descriptions. The whole experience was efficient and simple 😊
horrible experience with zara in general
i received a defect product, and i went to a zara store to return it as stated online, but turns out they needed it to be reported first. By then the chat was no longer operating and I had to go down another time. major inconvenience. when I contacted customer service to report the faulty goods, the person chose to ignore some questions I had about drop off option. please, add the condition to report the defect online CLEARLY in your websites as well as add the 24 hrs limit CLEARLY on your websites to avoid future inconvenience. Thank you.
