Slow delivery service
Great application, but delivery is very slow. Estimated ETA is 2 weeks and I am paying R80 for it? No support features available either. I expected better service.
Good App
The ZARA app is practical and easy to use. It's fast, responsive and smooth. The only flaw the app has is that it's impossible to download pictures, one still has to screenshot. For an app that specialises in clothes and fashion, it's so strange.
Terrible App
Very disappointing online shopping service and experience. Waited two weeks for delivery only to be told the item was out of stock. Bad customer service, terrible app. Do not recommend. Very very very disappointed.

Delivery service too slow to non-metro regions
Zara honestly needs to up their game when it comes to delivery time. Waiting almost 2 weeks for an order is simply ridiculous. I ordered items from Superbalist and Lacoste online and both those order were delivered within days, while Zara keeps changing the “estimated delivery time”. Someone needs to tell them that it’s not just about the product but rather the entire customer experience!!!
Stops responding
The app just stops responding and has to be restarted. Used to be great but with every new update seems to be a new bug.
rip off
this app gives so much problems. for two of their sales. i got charged full price on my items. You can’t even call in anymore. When you go into stores, they won’t exchange because it was ‘SALE’ items. Showed them my receipt but according to them ‘it has to be an error and it’s impossible that i got charged full price’. My shoes? ALWAYS SENDING ME A SIZE TOO SMALL. They do not do exchanges online and show availability in store. When i get there, there’s no stock and too late to get a refund 🥱
Amazing display
With what a heavy heart I look at the images displayed on the Instagram page on the tenth of the twelfth month in twenty twenty three to make a mockery of suffering shows the depths of the inhumanity within the hearts of the majority of this company. There is nothing further to say but be weary all. If it is one today it is another tomorrow.
Delivery service
My ETA has been moved more than twice without any prior communication. Customer service is very useless as you speak to bots ,very useless. Worst online purchase experience ever
