전에는 실측 사이즈도 나왔는데 요즘 자라..
자라 옷 좋아하는데 전에는 실측 사이즈가 나왔고 이미지를 옆으로 넘기면 다른 옷 말고 같은 옷 안에서 다른 이미지 보기 되던게 더 나았어요. 지금은 실측 있는건 있고 없는건 없고 그런거랑 앱에서 교환 없는거 그리고 옷이 잘못 만들어져서 교환하려는데 반품배송비 2900원 내고 앱에서 접수하게 되어있는거 고쳐주세요. 고객센터 전화비용이 무료인지 모르겠는데 옷 불량인데 반품비 나오도록 선택 사류도 없애둔게 잘못됐어요. 교환도 막아둬서 아예 없고. 더 괴상한건 0으로 끝나는데 점 붙여서 소수점 뒤 두자리까지 00 표기를 하는걸로 바꾸고 59,900원짜리를 59,900.00원으로 백만원단위처럼 보이도록 혼동되게 표시해놨는데 여름옷에 안감 없어 다 비쳐보이고 오바로크 박음질 엉망이고 이음새 올 풀려서 실밥 빠지고 바지 가랑이 중앙선도 비뚤게 이어져있고 주머니 접착심지가 그대로 드러나있어요. 그런데 교환은 없고 반품비 내고 반품하도록 되어있는데요. 어째서 자라 옷 좋아해서 구매하는 사람들한테 이렇게 행동하는걸까요? 구매를 하지말아달라는건가? 퀄리티 검수는 아예 없는듯해요. 신발에 접착본드 묻힌거 그대로 보내고 올이 풀려서 옷 튿어지는거 보내서요. 옷 설명을 보지만 이미지랑 실제 받아보는 바지류 원단 차이가 제품컷이랑은 달라서 돌려보내고 취소한것도 잦아요. 판매자도 금액 손실일텐데 저는 첫제품을 온전한거로 받은 횟수는 열에 한두번 비율이었어요.
