Poor customer service, bad return process
While the app experience is very smooth, their customer service is one of the worst. It’s really hard to get any sort of assistance from them. You’d have to waste your time and effort trying to explain basic problems and get them to understand. I’ve got problem with returning the items twice as their courier never called to schedule a pickup. Quite a painful process.
Cannot complete payment
Always show this "It has not been possible to complete payment". I tried everything, change cards, change payment method, reinstall app. Nothing works. Dont want to buy anything anymore
Refund system is very bad. I was ordered 3 pieces in one purchase via online. After received, I had return and get refund for 1 pieces because it not fit for me. The process of return was good enough even they have the cost for the delivery back. But the point of this complain is about refund process. I think Zara doesn’t contact with the payment method that i have used when I purchased even i get the email about the process of refund not more than 30 days. So I keep waiting for month which i have never get notice of my refund. Then i have to contact the bank myself and the bank have no information about this before. I have to send the refund confirmation to the bank by myself. And zara app is very hard to contact in person. No customer care and no follow the customer problem. It’s very bad experience for me with the online shopping i ever had. I will delete this app and shop in store instead. I complain about the system that very bad but the product still good.
