HORRIBLE
By far the worst clothing app out there - no option to sort items and very limited filtering function so you have to scroll through the never ending catalog. Will not buy again until you can browse what you want to buy (not what the want to show you / sell you)
Over rated clothes and politics
Not worth a penny. Clothes made with the sweat and blood of innocent people. Creative directors that mock people killed tragically in a GENOCIDE* Ghaza. Really bad quality clothes that are morally deprived. Never shopping there again.
Returning an item
They can do better with refund policy by giving back full refunds with what you paid for item and delivery without charging us when returning items and getting less back. It’s poor customer service and not our fault if we need to return an item we aren’t happy with. Zara can do better with their refund process.
Wish list disappears and crashes!!!!
Spend ages trawling the app and website to add things to my wish list for when I have the money to purchase but every time I come back to buy everything in my wish list disappears. Also if you spend more than 10 minutes on the app it starts to slow down get super glitchy and eventually crashes my entire phone.
Difficult to navigate
I get the vision however the interface of the app is extremely hard to navigate which is frustrating pls have a look at other platforms like asos their app gives the customer and easy shopping experience and is still aesthetically pleasing
Zara
I love the zara app but i think that you would be better off going their in person than ordering because the pictures arent very clear on what they are selling .
Worst Shopping Experience Ever
I have been using Zara for many years and I am happy to say that things have slightly improved now over the years. A few years ago I had the worst shopping experience ever as apparently the courier who was meant to deliver my purchased goods stole it as I had a notification from them saying that one of the delivery drivers stole it so not great. Thankfully Zara were very understanding at the time and offered me a refund so as far as I was concerned the situation was resolved.
Awful app - awful products
The app is slow and keeps crashing. Receipts aren’t received which prevent you from returning purchases. The material of the products is cheap and tacky compared to others in the same price range. The search facility in the app is abysmal and the overall customer user experience is awful. I had to delete the app as it was also strangely slowing down my phone?
app is annoying as hell
please fix it, just make it look like your average clothing app cus this unique layout is terrible. constantly tryna work out what the hell is going on, despite being someone who is very tech savvy. i couldn’t imagine an older person trying to navigate this hellhole. the pictures are random and don’t even relate to the product half of the time. god awful
