Hands down the worst shopping app I’ve ever used. I like their clothes but the UI on the app is absolutely terrible and not intuitive for users. They’re trying too hard to be different and creative with it, but it just doesn’t work. Also so many of the photos of the clothes don’t even fit the models properly.
Zara, you are cooking with these clothes. Keep going

What is particularly concerning is that I specifically paid extra for expedited shipping, which is $20, expecting the items to arrive as soon as possible. Given that I made this payment for faster delivery, I find it unacceptable that the order has not arrived on time, and there has been no communication or update regarding the delay.
