## Zark Parking Reviews in United States

### *---- "Ripoff with fake reviews"
I’m from California where a parking spot is worth its space in gold. I visited a friend in AZ and had to use this app, never before have I been charged to park at an apartment. Coincidentally every good review for this app just happens to mention “circling the parking lot”
-- Gumi2001, 2026-05-09

### ***** "Made parking so easy!"
Super helpful app and easy to use! I was able to find a parking spot quickly and avoided wasting time circling the lot.
-- Brynn Console, 2026-04-06

### *---- "App sucks"
App crashes all the time. Literally all the time.
-- ___cindincinn, 2026-03-27

### *---- "Horrible"
Wont even load and keeps crashing.
-- BigboNed2, 2026-03-27

### *---- "Constantly Crashing"
App is basically impossible to use as it crashes & closes out anytime you try to use it. I’ve had multiple people download it so I know it’s not just a problem with my phone. Extremely frustrating considering the app not working can cause someone’s car to be towed. Needs to be fixed ASAP
-- Prodisemi, 2026-03-21

### *---- "Will suddenly end your reoccurring reservation"
Good luck if you’re out of town. The company will suddenly end your preset renewal and threaten to tow your car.
-- Bill aka Bill, 2026-02-19

### *---- "If your complex uses this app, RUUUNNNN!!!!"
My complex just started using this app and the second I saw the email I knew this is a HORRIBLE idea.
Tried using the app and every time you try to book something it crashes. This app is completely pointless.
What is even the point of “free parking” in a complex if you can’t park in any spot. Spots sit empty because no one is paying for it, if we wanted to pay for parking we have the option for paid parking under a carport for less than what this dumb app costs. Any good review on this app is from either employees from the app, or friends/family and they just repeat the same thing. If you want true reviews look at all the most recent which are all 1 star.
I really hope apartments realize what a bad decision it is to use this app and if they value their residents options they would discontinue the use of this app and terrible idea!!! Welcome to the world of subscription…
Signed and exhausted working person.
-- Alvisssso, 2026-02-10

### *---- "Pointless. Waste of money."
My apartment complex uses this stupid app and it’s $15 A DAY for a parking space. The thing is, people catch on to which spots are vacant and decide to park without paying. I’ve had my spot stolen FOUR times so far and the only thing this stupid app can do is give you a new spot or not give you a new spot and just give you your money back which isn’t really an option when it’s eleven pm and you just got off work. There’s no consequence for those who steal spots. Awful.
-- LianaVaz, 2026-02-01

### *---- "TOTAL SCAM"
HATE THIS APP SO MUCH. USELESS
-- Nordi1969, 2026-01-09

### *---- "App is not working"
App just keep loading is not working.
-- Denice1012, 2026-01-09
