The mobile site is far superior. The mobile app has you digging around far too much to find the template to make a simple poster. (I still have yet to find it). Instead you're scrolling thru endless templates for custom collages and whatever. I use zazzle to print simple posters for background or pieces for my collages. Get simple.
I do not like using the app. I updated my address, but after I pay for the order, it still said shipping to the old address which I deleted. I had to go back and do the order all over again just to make a simple purchase I end up spending at least one to two hours.
Tapped on design twice. All edits disappeared. Backup attempt worthless. Extremely frustrating
The cards and quality are great. However, there are a lot of glitches on the phone with uploading pictures, setting expedited shipping tending to crash the app. I had to reenter info several times. I was just about to give up
As the title says, If you have accidentally purchased an item then you will not be refunded. You will be getting store credit rather. How does this sound right?
I absolutely love using Zazzle where I can personalize my gifts.
I ordered a custom song blanket and a few hours later told I can’t do that because they can’t put the artists names on it? Then what’s the point of offering the option, have an option to add the artists just so you can come back and say that you aren’t allowed? Might as well take it off your site.
Stationary,cards, gifts, calendars you will be so happy with the results . The mugs make great gifts.
Never received email after many requests when selected forgot password had to change email account to place order
I love how easy it always is to create new ideas! App so easy to use and I’m always satisfied with my products and can’t wait for the next project
