Before entering the company, workers fill in the self-assessment questionnaire on their status of suitability for the service, through a simple questionnaire of few questions. On the basis of the answers provided, the contact persons in charge of the company receive a notice and can assess the employee's suitability for service.

Operational Notes
In order for the app to work properly, the company needs to purchase the ZConnect - Enterprise Edition license and enable all employees before making them download the app from the store. It is necessary to install the HR Portal’s 08.00.00version (or higher)
