This after spending time uploading passport, scanning face, etc. authentication at the end was an epic fail. I received the email but not the text verification code. The AI chat sucked. Fortunately there is a human helpline and they gave me a manual code. What they didn’t give me was my time back. -- Slim Nicky, 2025-10-03 ### *---- "You know it's bad when" You have to spend over an hour trying to get out of a Kafka-esque maze just to sign a single one page form. This is clearly not-ready-for- primetime technology that should not be used by banks or anyone else with mission critical signatures to process. Their passport scan is not accurate enough, so you just have to keep redoing it until finally it works. The first time, I think it took over 10 tries. The second time, it took a lot more. There is no real-time feedback on this. You have to get all the way through the process and then you get rejected at the very end after going through all the steps. The app turns on your phone's camera light, which creates a lot of glare. The app also does not send SMS messages reliably, which is why I had to call tech-support so many times. They know this so they just give you the codes over the phone. I also absolutely hate that you have to have FaceTime turned on. I searched high and low and finally came across this app. It worked LIKE A CHARM and after a month of trying to solve this problem, ZealiD rescued me. Very grateful and perfect for anyone who needs a QES for a task or two. As for the review from my fellow American, just ignore it. My US passport was accepted.
