Zee5 charged auto renewal fee against my credit card for which subscription was cancelled 3 months back. There is no proper response for this illegitimate charge. Simply they can verify last few months charges and revert the wrong transaction but their team simply responding with generic responses which is pathetic.
It’s almost like close to impossible to cancel the subscription , it keeps redirecting and I’m still waiting on customer service to address the issue
App does not work on iphone. Not able to get a subscription through app or play any free content. Read reviews and now I’m thankful to not have gotten the subscription.
This app has a serious issue on AppleTV. It does not support Dolby ATMOS. When I check information on my Denon AVR, it shows audio signal as two channel PCM. If developers of this app read my review, can you please fix the issue?
Please add chrome cast feature so I can watch it in my tv
I paid $60 for yearly subscription of this app. I have LG C1 tv with webOS- not only this app doesn’t have any way to delete cache, the app buffers even after hard wired connection to the TV with 1GBPS plan. It’s just disappointing and pathetic !
I don’t get it, I have paid for the subscription and still you guys playing ads on it. Other apps ask to get subscription so that we can get rid of apps and then there is ZEE5 which is playing ads after every 5 mins.
This app is very bad you should add more movies
I am really disappointed with the touch sensitivity. I wonder , app developers are not checking?
Don’t download or subscribe, irrespective of you cancelling the subscription they still charge you. I have purchased it through Apple account and cancelled few months back. It is now not visible on apple account but somehow got charged from Zee5 app itself. No support for customer service. No phone to reach out too. All they say is email and no response for weeks.
