Please don’t waste your money. Its not worth it. Doesn’t load properly. Its says 4k but all you get to see is in 480p due to the server issue. Disappointing.

unauthorized renewal
The customer service is horrible.
Very bad experience
I used to be a fan of Zee5 but today I am very upset because the weird changes in the app. I recently started watching a show which is over so I used to go back to episode 1 and watch it. It was good but now the settings has been changed; they added mobisodes and webisodes and quick recap episodes so I can’t even watch the episodes properly. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY CHANGING THE SETTINGS. Please change these weird settings.
Do not subscribe - Unable to cancel my subscription
Horrible interface/experience. Subscribed via the website with credit card, and the website says to use mobile app to cancel. But mobile app just takes me to Apple subscription page. Unable to cancel and no guidance provided on the Zee5 page. I see others have same review and Zee5 still has not fixed it.
Errors
Always errors never works properly, Translation are always a problem I don’t how many times I have emailed about this problem. For the amount of money you pay for a membership this app should work perfectly I should be able too my show with English translation right away shouldn’t have too wait. You don’t wait for your your payment you want it immediately. So it too much too ask for to able login and watch our desired series and our desired language should always ready available for us too watch. Very disappointed with your service. But then again I have told you this on several emails. But NOTHING changes. Total waste of time letting you know all this. Pitty
Worst app
I cant open in other countries. Worst app. Even for subscribing, it wont let me open the plan page. Worst. Dont make usless app so that one day all will stop using this
too much adds and many bugs
zee5 always look for only profits and no customer service. They should not so greedy to play add on every click and every minutes.
Fraud App
Unable to cancel my Zee5 subscription. It is so frustrating, cancelling from mobile app takes me to apple subscription page to cancel, but I paid by credit card and not through Apple pay. I tried cancelling from pc as well, there is no option to cancel. How do I cancel my subscription? And coming to app, pathetic - always buffers.
Different region
Hey friends , if you are downloading the app from different region like Canada please dont install it . I subscribed for the premium but the videos were not playing when i asked for refund on the same day they told me to continue with my subscription for a month. The amount was not refunded and i am not able to watch bideos as well . …. Was a bad experience.
When it works, works well but when it doesn't - very annoying
Currently tried to sign in and it wouldn't sign me in. So I tried to reinstall the app and now it continually is cycling trying to detect my location but it's not getting past it. I'm very annoyed.
