Its been 2 and half months now i purchased new car, i’d sent them 15 Reminders till now through email and by contacting them they are just giving excuses only, if this is not working stop making people fool, stop wasting our time if that feature doesnt exist stop making fool customers, worst app and service.
For me I bought a new Toyota car for one month and a half Been contacting the support team since then since they can’t find the vin number tell now no improvement and they keep telling me to wait and the problem is from Japan no one is replying I have the app but can’t open it What a joke!!!
Unfortunately, I bought a 2019 Camry for a very high amount, and it does not have a navigation system, maps, or any entertainment, as is found in Hyundai cars.
This is the most disgusting encounter a customer could face! They’re lying and no one is watching or maybe no one cares because it’s toyota! Corruption everywhere!

حارمنا من مميزات بسيطة وتاخذ سيارة مبلغ وقدره ويقفلون عليك المميزات هذي ارغموني احمل تطبيقهم التعبان هذا بالاخير يقولون فئة السيارة مو مدعومة!!!! سيارة كامري ٢٠٢٠ مب مدعومة كيف يصير ذا الكلام؟ طيب ليش مقفلين السوفتوير اني مو قادر احدث ولا استفيد من مميزات النفيقشن والبلوتوث ولله الصراحة اسوأ وكيل تعاملت معاه واتمنى يجي اليوم الي تكون الشركات الام متواجدة عندنا بدال الوكلاء الجشعين هذول وممارسات النصب هذي ونفتك من الوكلاء مرة وحدة لان حتى وهو وكيل مو قادر نستفيد منه لا يصنع سيارات ولا صيانة مثل الدول الاخرى وخصوصاً امريكا #الغاء_نظام_الوكالة_مطلب
