Love them!!
I ordered from them and messed up my prescription cause it’s my first time ordering online. Costumer service was great and very patient with me. They canceled my first order and were very kind and gave me back my money as store credit so I could reorder them. I definitely recommend and can’t wait to get my glasses.

Takes a long time for refunds and shipping
I had a free coupon that expired because it took almost ten days after I returned my glasses before I got my refund everything takes forever with this company and the glasses seem to be pretty flimsy but they’re cheap but very slow service

Hard to maneuver
This is the hardest site ever! I made a choice and it took me to more options and I could not get back to my choice. I had to log back in FOUR times! I don’t think I want to give you any business
