Can’t add more than one home charger to the app.

From mandatory account signup with annoying password requirements to lack of integration with mobile payments and even lack of autofill on many fields in The signup flow to making it mandatory to add to your balance even if you still have money on your account, this app experience is clunky from beginning to end.

Almost nothing works. Usually doesn’t connect to charge, often will not allow you to end session forcing you to disconnect with the emergency release, the “balance” system results in wasted money, and all of this for a price higher than almost any network. This is without a doubt as bad as it gets

They really need add some way in the app to report chargers that are displaying error messages. The one by my house has been out for days. Seems to happen a lot in the cold…

Nowhere on the app does it list the charging speed, just the type of charger. Being that ZEF charges by the minute and not by the kW, the speed of the charger is paramount.

Should be able to easily tap and pay to charge. Like any gas station. This system is never working and I know how to use tech. The app glitches and will also glitch after charging. Horrible company I hope they go under. What a waste of space on my phone

I downloaded the app to charge while on the road. I put money on the account but now can’t tell how much it cost to charge and what I have left on my balance. It also said I had no charging history after I completed a charge. Quite annoying.

App requires frequent re-login and won’t accept apple passwords filled in through apples password manager. They have to be typed in manually. Very annoying and inconvenient.

The app is functional enough - got my ID.4 charging easily. But when I stopped the charging session via the app, it showed my session as “finishing” but it never showed completed until I restarted the app and manually stopped the charging session on the charger.

Installed app, jumped through hoops, added $5 and now I’m happily charging my car.
