Using pages is sluggish because it isn’t a proper / native app. Don’t bother, just use the website. -- blenjee, 2026-09-06 ### *---- "Skipped QA" Feels like this app skipped QA. Unresponsive, doesn't remember your login, poor design fit and finish. Embarrassing for Zen given their reputation, better to not have an app than this one in its current form. -- jameswmcnab, 2026-08-29 ### *---- "What a load of shizzle" Reviews dating back to March mention the same problems that I’m having… I just installed the app, and there’s an option to use a passkey… I click it but nothing happens. So I use my email and password along to the 2FA code and I’m in. But then I want to look at a bill… Errr now it’s asking me to sign in all over again. Passkey option still doesn’t work. But after using my email and password and 2FA code, I’m in. On one screen it says there’s an upgrade… I click the button to upgrade, and you guessed it, nothing happens. So I go back to a different screen but after a few seconds the previous “upgrade” page finally appears out of nowhere. I didn’t upgrade as it’s not very well laid out and there’s no comparison in costs to what I’m already paying. Finally, in the app I chose the Profile option then 2FA to setup Passkeys. It asks for a name (optional) so I put in “iPhone” and choose “Add a Passkey”… and… yes that’s right… NOTHING HAPPENS!!! I don’t understand how Zen’s quality seems to have gotten worse over the years and this latest blunder just proves something within Zen is very wrong. As a software designer, I strive for a quality product, and therefore every release is tested thoroughly before it’s released, and if something doesn’t work as it should then it doesn’t get released. The fact there’s feedback dating back 5+ months and no response from Zen, or a fix to the problems being reported is unacceptable. My order details aren’t in the app even though the phone line message says then would be. This app never does and continually asks me to keep logging back in, even for the most menial steps. What a load of rubbish. Also, please explain to me why this app is recording audio and using payment information from my Apple account when everything is paid via direct debit?
