## Zen Internet Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "No cigar"
Downloaded app for payment information last tax year, but payment history cannot reach back that far.
-- MarvoGing, 2024-12-18

### ***** "Excellent"
Application works very well. Diagnostic tool works well, you have to allow a couple of minutes or so to complete its task. Bill payments, Account details etc are all there, along with contacting Zen.
-- •iThink•, 2024-11-08

### ***** "Works well"
Works as advertised. No problems signing in.
-- out-in-the-cloud, 2023-12-02

### *---- "No access"
Try to login but all I get oooops something went wrong try again later
-- sgm322, 2023-07-21

### *---- "Another Zen user who can't log in!"
The title says it all...
-- GB-chap, 2023-01-26

### *---- "Awful"
Diagnostic Broadband Test crashes with error message: “Undefined is Not an Object.” . Even though reported, this remains unfixed.
-- ildafkam, 2022-12-16

### ***-- "Diagnostic test not working"
This is a nice try, but the “two minute” diagnostic test seems to run forever without producing a result.
-- PortaDisk, 2022-08-27

### *---- "Unable to sign in"
Messaged the support team who changed my sign in details and it still doesn’t work. Works fine on the web.
-- WarrenUK, 2021-11-26

### ***** "Delete and reload makes it all work 😊"
Update 10Nov. Now given 5 stars. Deleted app and reloaded - everything now working !! The new app is much better to use and hoping the glitch can be fixed in next version so that broadband useage and history can be seen
-- Bristol Brompton, 2021-11-10

### *---- "Can’t sign in"
App is broken.
